On the Beach 745-076 Silicone Mold

Description

Our On the Beach 745-076 Silicone Mold is primarily made for use with fondant to be molded into designs that embellish your edible decorations on cookies, cupcakes, cakes, rice krispie treats, sandwich cookies, cake pops, chocolate dipped strawberries, candy apples, and chocolate covered marshmallows. Please contact us if you are uncertain if this product will work for your purposes.

All silicone molds are made with quality food grade silicone. They are flexible and do not require a releasing agent. Most molds will be clear, however color may vary.

This mold measures 2.3  inches x 4.6 inches and yields designs measuring from .5 inches to 1 inches in length (left to right). Please see the product image(s) above for appropriate measuring angles for each.

This item is dishwasher safe (top rack). For baking, your mold can be placed on a baking sheet and heated to NO MORE THAN 375°F/190°C. DO NOT USE BROILER. Silicone does not distribute heat evenly. In other words, shallow molds will bake faster than deep molds. This also means that thick sections will stay hot longer than thinner sections. Be sure to use caution when handling hot molds.
